I'd avoid enquiring about anything with 28. They're very slow to respond and almost as if they do not want to sell. I enquired about a property over 4 weeks ago and they offered a date to view the property then cancelled an hour later saying they'll let me know- they never did. I rang them back asking them they said they'll let me know when I can view the property- they never did. I called them 3 weeks later they offered a slot a week later. I enquired about another property they responded a couple days later saying they only have one availablity on the weekend. I explained I can't do that time but can do later - they do not offer any flexibility or accommodate any needs. I asked if there's any other dates available they said they will let me know... I don't expect to hear from them and even if I do I don't think I want to deal with a company that moves this slow and poor customer service. I would avoid. Other agencies like Chesterton are incredibly more friendly accomodating and responsive.

Hmm who are these good reviews from I wonder??? My experience of them is appallin, I saw a property I was very keen on purchasing on Rightmove and did an initial enquiry that was ignored so I did another one that was responded to after a good amount of delay and a viewing date was suggested to me. I responded same day to agree to the date but their communication stopped there. I kept emailing and calling after that to rearrange because they had failed to confirm what they had suggested and because I was so keen on purchasing the flat and they only responded when I made a second inquiry through Rightmove with a lot of capital letters asking them why they didn’t respond to my communications. When I finally got through by phone which took several attempts, the agent told me they’d accepted an offer on the flat. Who are these unprofessional people? To say I’m hacked off is an understatement; they have prevented my opportunity to see this flat and potentially make an offer on it to purchase. I called them several times and eventually got through by phone yesterday and the agent who told me the flat was now under offer even had the cheek to then ask me if there were other properties I wanted to see in tydpical uncaring profit seeking with no quality or care attitude of the worst agent.
