GoogleThis lot really need to buck their ideas up and be dragged in to the 21st century. As an auction house in the sticks they need to connect with the rest of the UK, provide decent postage options and stop this don`t give a shyte attitude they seem to have.

GoogleBuying and selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, luckily when selling my house and purchasing my forever home, I had the pleasure of using wingetts. From start to finish professional and personalised communication from head of sales Cat Meade was utterly brilliant! On hand to answer all hiccups and queries very quickly and go above her remit if necessary to make the conveyancing process go as smoothly as possible. Will recommend company 100 %. Thanks Wingetts.

GoogleRegistered with them on line had nocontact from them I have actually been in the office twice to ask what is happening Saturday I was told that they are updating the Website. Today is Wednesday nothing we have to travel 68 miles My sorry but I find this unacceptable. Please remove me from your mailing list if it ever comes live. Ps I'm in Llangollen tomorrow if you have any leads

Discussing services I bought a perfect described antique wardrobe described by Wingetts when I received it it had a five foot hole in the back I called them there responded by saying. (( so what )) I have been taught a lesson do not buy out of rough auction rooms like Wingetts

GoogleIt has been quite a journey selling our property and buying our forever home. However, Cat from Wingetts in Llangollen has had our back from the start. She offered us reassurance and the confidence to move ahead with the sale. Nothing was ever too much, she would always get back to us, and despite our sale falling through, she swiftly placed the sale back on the market and sold within 24 hours. Although moving house is a stressful as they say, Cat certainly made it that much easier. Thank you.

Terrible customer service,assured you’re the first to view a rental property yet two other viewers arrive before you,then let you apply for the property not having told you there have been other applications,then ringing you to tell you that you have to go back to branch for a refund as the other applicants were successful - communication and attitude of branch staff indifferent - and having now used other rental agencies it makes the lack of professionalism of Wingetts even more apparent. Poor show.
