GoogleAbsolutely Exceptional! Profile Homes marketed and sold our property and are top class estate agents, we have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so, to our friends interested in selling.
Some of the brilliant things they did:
They accurately and beautifully marketed our property and constantly monitored online interest, occasionally changing our online information to increase uptake.
They filtered out tyre kickers and did accompanied viewings. This meant we could carry on with things like holidays not worrying we were missing out on potential buyers.
They always gave immediate feedback from viewings and guided us on any offers made.
They liaised with our solicitors and other Agents in a chain of properties below us. We are a retired couple and were selling our property to down size, and our sale would have always involve a chain. Without Sue and Les the long chain would not have completed successfully, they know the business and worked wonders.
Selling and buying property always involves costs, but their bill is one cost we are indeed very happy to pay! Thank you Sue and Les you have been wonderful.

GoogleSusan and Les were fantastic. We live 250 miles away and they sold our property in the middle of a pandemic!
One potential buyer told us that Les was 'extremely knowledgeable' about the cottage and its history so that when 'lockdown' allowed them to view the property they felt they already knew it.
They always called us back promptly if we left a voicemail and Susan always responded very quickly to emails.
We would highly recommend them to anyone. They certainly know their market and gave us excellent advice.

Caught them out 'baiting the trap' with property wanted ads on their website. I responded with a property to sell and discovered their technique appears to be hook you with the ad, then get you to sign a dodgy Sole Selling Rights Agreement........ you are then stuffed. There is no reason for this if they are genuine. As an ex estate agent myself, I challenged them on this and after a swift rebuttle proceeded to receive 'prickly' then abusive and threatening emails from Les Probert whom I assume is the owner. To him I say again SHAME ON YOU for bringing the industry into disrepute, and to a prospective client, steer well clear, you have been warned.

We appointed Profile Homes to market our property. The owner was bolshy and outspoken, but we ignored our instinct to run and decided to use him! A write up for the house was produced which was strewn with errors and omitted to mention ANY key features. I suggested this was amended and even re-wrote to save any additional work. I was shut down and told ''x years in the industry, I don't wish to change the way I do things". When we saw the property listed on Rightmove, still with endless written errors, we noticed that they'd used two of the same photo next to each other! I asked if we could change this to showcase both the house and garden, a very simple request. We were then shocked to receive a letter attached to an email stating that he didn't wish to have his methodology questioned, and that he didn't want us as clients. Without so much as a phone call he delisted our property.
