GoogleSam and her team looked after us very well. She was a great advocate, dealing with potential buyers and managed to achieve an offer above the asking price. It is very easy to keep in touch and I frequently popped into the office. Her local knowledge, competitive pricing, and independent status from national Estate agents makes her a very attractive choice.

GoogleWillows were great during the initial process of getting our house on the market.They kept us up to date with viewings and any other queries we had in the beginning(hence the 2star rating)However once our house was 'sold subject to contract', we had no communication from them what so ever. Then after wasting over 4months dealing with our buyers we were informed from Willows that our buyers couldn't get a mortgage on our property.What was more frustrating is that we were so close to exchanging contracts.There had been massive failures and everyone was blaming each other than owning up to how our buyers had been able to get so far along without knowing if they could get a mortgage!?!And our buyers had offered over our asking price too, all while not knowing if they could get a mortgage?!?! Surely checks are made in the beginning stages to vet buyers for their financial status, and to make sure they have some form of 'mortgage in principle' in place.Not to find this out 4months down the line... Very disappointed after hearing such good reviews about Willows.We then swapped to another well know local estate agent, and finally reached our goal of completion and moving to our dream home, and thankfully had a much better experience. Maybe we were just unlucky, but we felt we were massively let down by them.
I was extremely concerned after reading this review and I have checked the file regarding the situation and I can confirm that we obtained an Agreement in Principle from the prospective buyers and checks were completed. GoogleWillow Estates have been fabulous with helping me search for my first home. They never made me feel rushed on viewings and would always answer all my questions, if they didn't know the answer, they'd find out and get back to me, usually the same day. They were knowledgeable about the area and always friendly. They didn't mind if I wanted to view the same property multiple times. Thank you so much for all your help.

FacebookThis is a great team. They came and valued the house on a Tuesday, and took photos that morning. By lunchtime the same day there were two viewers booked in, and by Friday the same week we had three bidders, and we achieved more than asking price. Everything went through smoothly, and in eight weeks , start to finish, the sale was complete. Friendly , knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I’d recommend them , no problem !

GoogleExcellent service from all at Willow. Monday - Met Andrea for valuation. Tuesday - Received documents for review. Wednesday - House on market. Thursday - Advised viewing booked for Friday. Friday - Viewing completed and offer received. We were kept fully up to date throughout process. Couldn’t have gone any better.

They don't ring every 5 minutes for updates like most agents, they leave you too it but are definitely there when you need them We finally got the keys to our first home together after covid 19 put it on hold for a while. We were even surprised with a lovely gift box. Thank you so much for everything
