I have looked into this matter and the only correspondence we have ever received from you was a 'Valuation enquiry' email asking us to contact you on an international number via what's app with respect to a property you would like to sell. It was attached to a listing of a property in Llanelli that was marked as Let Agreed so I have to admit that we thought you perhaps had sent your enquiry to the wrong agent in error? Our apologies if this was not the case. If there is any way we can help you to find a property to rent, we would of course be happy to assist. GoogleWhat can I say.about Dragon residential . Great service with a smile .the team looked after me all the way with the renting of a property and opening of gas and electricity and water accounts with a property check during the tenancy. If you had any problems they are there straight away with any issues you may have. I was in a property for a year and cannot fault them even with the ending of the tenancy as it all went like clock work. So a big well done to you all at dragons residential for putting my mind at ease. Regards Frank

They have always found good tenants and ensured that the property has been well maintained. Hello Tara, I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. Following on from my response to your partner Nick Williams' review, it’s disappointing because throughout your tenancy with us we always maintained our usual friendly and professional approach which was met with an inexplicable hostility from you and your family. Great tenancies are a two-way street and both sides have to be willing to work together. You chose to remain tenants with us for 4 years with no complaints. The only feedback we received is at end of tenancy when you disagreed with us on matters of property condition and security deposit return. Thankfully this has been resolved independently by the DPS, and I can only conclude that your latest comments are in response to their decision.
