GoogleRecently used William Gleave in Llandudno for house selling. Alex came out to appraise within days (others could not get out for weeks). Guided us through the process with excellent communication, advice and honesty throughout. Clearly Alex and Debbie are very knowledgeable and gave us the benefit of their experience when decisions had to be made. I’m aware that Alex has since left which is sad loss for the company as they were both lovely people to deal with.

Googleabsolutely disgraceful customer service. Alex-tried to get keys on a property I purchased but your assistant said impossible to do it and I lost a prospective tenant because of this.Also when sale went thru your colleague refused to hand over the keys without photo identification and when I did eventually collect them she only gave me one set when I should have been getting 2 sets- definitely NOT good customer service

GoogleAs a buyer, I can honestly say we received great service. The communication was clear, timely, and we found the staff always polite and courteous. From a buyer's perspective (not paying the fees to the agent) it was refreshing to find such an excellent service and continuity. Having bought and sold 5 properties over the years previous experience has been poor with agents simply falling off the radar after sale agreed. Alex and his team proved to be different with a real personal touch, and providing contact and keeping us in the loop at all times. Would recommend and we will use when the time comes.

Alex manager of Peter Large was most knowledgeable and realistic in his estimate of how the market would view our property. Using the internet and On The Market platform within 24 hours we had sold. The process from that point on was without doubt an excellent experience with experienced and professional in house staff leading to completion of sale. GoogleGreat service from Alex, Debbie, Debbie and the team. They were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Our house move started before covid and unfortunately dragged on for nearly a year. We were kept updated the whole time and the team kept our chain, solicitors and mortgage broker updated too. This was all through lockdown and furlough for some staff which made things even more challenging. We're so grateful to you all for making our house move happen!

But above all they are just a lovely bunch of kind-hearted people who understand the drama and upheaval that goes with moving house. GoogleAs someone who has bought and sold quite a number of properties in my life, what I look for is an agent who listens to your needs, responds with their expertise and knowledge of the market and then comes to an agreed, professional and friendly/positive strategy as to the best way to sell your house. William Gleave (Llandudno) do all of the above. It is unusual to find an Agent that one likes - after all we love to hate Estate Agents ! but I can honestly say I have only ever had positive experiences with the Llandudno office. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house as though it were the most important thing in the world, then go no further.
