GoogleNot interested in helping you out, typical estate agent who's just trying to coin any small amount of money out of you.
I'm looking to buy a house down there to sell on, it was originally on with these people and all I asked was for a figure they thought it was worth today.
They wanted to charge me for a 2 second conversation, even though I said I will sell it back through them as I am out of town!!
As an estate agent myself, I get calls all day long from people like me, I’m friendly and polite, so if I had someone like me, I give out free advice, it’s not all about what you can get out of someone today!!
I won't be using their services as there are agents in this vicinity that are more willing to help. My advice would be shop around, these people are after every penny they can get out of you....probably to fund their holiday that they have just come back from…..
While they were away, I called and there was no one able to help me until they came back off holiday.....pretty poor service that isn't it? You have to wait for them to get back off holiday before anyone can assist you. I'd go somewhere where the staff are properly trained to assist you when they are away....I dread to think of the state of their business if something happened to them, how can the office deal with you if they aren’t around?? What a micky mouse set up that is......pretty much says it all, a board game of a company, which boils down to the fact that, it is all about how much money they can milk you for. Poor show in my opinion.
Always says a lot about a company who's been around years with such few reviews......I stand by what I say...poor!

Hi Rich,
We do not charge for valuations when requested by a vendor or their representative for sales purposes. I did explain to you that we do charge a small standard fee for valuations for speculative house buying businesses like yourselves for properties which we are not even marketing, as in this case.
I would have also gone on to explain that this fee is refundable should your company purchase and go on to instruct us but unfortunately you had put the phone down on me by that point.

GoogleI was also a buyer so not even their client but the Llanbedr branch of Monopoly provides a truly excellent service. Not only are all staff very friendly, cooperative and helpful but compared to solicitors who might take weeks to pass on queries to the vendor they operate really quickly within the day and very frequently within a couple of hours. This makes for fast and easy consultation between the two parties. Also I had a problem with my AML check and stupidly didn't think to ask them initially. As soon as they heard they had a solicitor on hand to help me out. They go above and beyond their work in every way possible. I won't be using anyone else in the future.
