FacebookLike some other reviews we also experienced that some paperwork and up to date invoices were not sent on to us until after purchase. I feel very let down at the lack of communication. And what communication has transpired I don’t feel like it’s all be explained. the days before purchase some of our names were wrong on the paperwork and trying to get it reprinted signed and then get to them in time for the closing date ruined our experience. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

FacebookApproached Amy from the Livingston branch as I required a last minute solvency declaration as I am due to enter my new home in 2 days time and not only was she hugely accommodating, she was also hugely empathetic of the circumstances and got the declaration notarised and signed for me in half an hour. A professional and fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend.
