First year with Propertylink and have had no problems with them. If a problem with the property is reported then feedback is always given promptly and is dealt with efficiently. Rent is very affordable and is therefore very suitable for students.

View AgentsOur time with Property Link this year has exceeded our expectations. The property is well sized but reasonably priced and in a desirable student area. The house was well equipped when we viewed it, but since moving in we have been provided with new beds and a TV, something we werent expecting but are very happy with. Property Link have responded promptly to any concerns we've aired and dealt with problems in a similar manner. We would all recommend Property Link as a student property provider.

The staff at property link are very helpful, friendly and willing to help. They are very understanding with issues of late payment and will be willing to come to a mutual agreement if you have a problem. They are quite swift with sending someone round to fix anything that is not working within the house. However within the company there is a serious breakdown of communication in the sense that I have rang up and went into the shop to discuss a matter yet It has to be re-discussed with at least three different members of staff..

Some of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever came across in my life. If you report something as broken expect it to be fixed within the academic year and not within a week or a month. They have just offered me £20 to write a positive review of them but I feel as if I'd be selling myself to the devil. Don't make the same mistake as we did.

Never had a problem with property link, the property was ready for us to move in and any problems are fixed promptly. The communication between property link and tenants have always been good and they're understanding towards problems such as student financing. As to the house itself, its spacious for a student house, especially the living room and the same can be said about the bedrooms.

Property link are very efficient and quick to solve any issue in the house to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard! For example, our tv screen was cracked during installation and within days we had a new tv fitted without any hassle! Thank you!

This is our first year with Property Link but they are quick to sort out any problems that have been reported and answer any questions we have. During house viewing season they give plenty of warning before bringing any one to view the house!

Utterly incompetent, beyond useless.
