GoogleI recently attended a conference at 54 St James Street. The staff were polite, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the event. A special thanks to Cortney, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attentive and friendly approach really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this venue for conferences and other events.

GoogleWe used 54 St James Street for a corporate event recently and had an excellent experience. The building is light and airy with well equipped meeting spaces and the bonus of roof terraces with views of the city. The catering options worked really well for our lunchtime networking needs including taking care of a few specific dietary requirements. The venue team were also extremely helpful and flexible throughout which really helped avoid any stress around our event. Above all this venue is incredibly good value, better rates than many other options in the city, with the added benefit of knowing the money is going to a good cause. We would definitely use 54 St James Street again!

GoogleIt is a modern building in the Baltic Triangle, ideal for conferences and small but also big events. It has a cosy café area and reception, the spaces are inclusive, and the staff is very friendly!

GoogleAs tenants who have physically been in 54 St James Street (and a virtual tenant for the first 3 years of our existence prior to physically being here), here at First Steps we would strongly recommend 54 St James Street as a great office space to base your business in. Very comfortable working space for SMEs, and located in the Baltic Triangle, close to China Town and on the edge of the city centre, so a great space. What's more when we physically move into an office, Bailey, who was then a puppy, was allowed to come in with us, and was the first @54 dog! He is now 7 and comes in with me most days. In short, we would highly recommend @54 for SME office space and conferencing needs!

GoogleWe have been partnering with the Women’s Organisation for at least 5 years now and we are having a great experience through all the changes including the pandemic. We just wanted to make everyone aware that we used Artisane the new cafe and catering facility for the first time for our work with AtomiK AM. The lunch was superb and as ever the facilities were great. Thank you to everyone who put the work in to make it run so well. We are looking forward to more next week and into the new year! 👏👏👏👏👏

GoogleAttitude of the women in there is disgusting. Advised that I needed an office to register a ltd company, was told not a problem. So went ahead registered the company and completed the forms for the virtual office. They then came back and said I was unsuccessful in getting a virtual office because the company was registered on companies house with their address without permission. Correction, your staff were fully aware of the situation, they should have advised on the initial call that this could not be done. You want company details in order to complete your forms so basically you’re leaving people in a catch 22. I know others who have used the facilities and I personally have been in the building in the past and the women in there make people feel uncomfortable especially when men come to collect their post. Discrimination at its best.
