GoogleScammer. Never returned my deposit and did not protect it under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. I am an American who came to study in the UK. Linton took advantage and still has the audacity to not respond to my emails... one year later no reply. I paid upfront security, holding fee and Sept 2022 rent. I arrived late on September 19th only to find out that Linton had been living in my apartment since September 1st. It was disgusting, oven/fridge was filthy, stains on all the furniture, crumbs, and stains on mattress. The apartment was a mess upon my arrival into a new country... how would you feel?
Be very very careful and cautious do not part with any money until you see the apartment in person.
