Every interaction, whether by phone or in person felt welcoming and professional. Everything from doing additional early Saturday viewings, supporting getting an offer accepted, and constant flow of communication. I couldn’t fault him or anyone at Mags. We have recently completed on our property in West Derby. The sale was problematic as the house had been damaged by flood water and we lost faith in the previous estate agent for their incompetence. However in came Dean, from the start of the process he was, positive, dynamic, well informed on his market, and nothing was too much trouble! We live in Scotland and needed someone who we could trust and to deal with the fast balls that house sales inevitably produce , this Dean was able to provide! My wife and I have bought and sold many houses over the years, 18, and Dean from Magsproperty has been, by a long way the very best we’ve had. He’s is thoroughly recommended!

I have had such a great experience with Mags Property. Dean Boaks was the agent we dealt with. Mags estate agents Liverpool a breath of fresh air thanks to Ashley with her professional approach to selling our home offer accepted in 8 weeks loads of viewings and the use of the street app was a positive help informing us of how many views on internet and also managing viewings all in all a good experience and would advise to use them just a note used a well known estate agent last year and it was a disaster so my judgment is based on experience of a great estate agent and a poor one
