From the start of my contact with IMZA Homes I have found them to be reliable, professional. very helpful and friendly. They were easy to contact by phone and it was refreshing to be able to speak to a person rather than everything being done on line. Email communication was efficient too. Also James went out of his way to be helpful, for example giving us a second viewing on his day off as it was the only day we could do.

Somone was great, really helpful, gave us ample time to view the property and look around. The customer service we received from the time we enquired about the property to viewing has been excellent, fast responses, really efficient. This helped us to be sure we were doing the right thing moving forward with the property, and confident in Imza as the property managers.
