GoogleMe and my partner rented throughHSI for 6 years. We found them to be brilliant. Anytime there was an issue around the house or even down to annual virtual inspections or safety checks were all dealt with in a swift and professional manner. Unfortunately the owner of our rented property was selling up, I've got to say, Karen was absolutely brilliant with us. Providing all necessary paperwork and references as soon as they were requested for a housing application. To Karen and her team at HSI , we can't thank you enough for all of your help. We would highly recommend.

GoogleVery irresponsible and lazy people out there. i recently rent a property and no proper solution or help for the issues. i had called and mailed multiple time complain on no hot water in shower. Wonder what the employees actually doing.I wont be recommending anyone Such a pathetic experience 🤦♀️we are paying rent and not asking for free service

You reported this morning that you had no hot water. This was issued to our contractor straight away. You were advised on email that the contractor will contact you directly to access. We do not have access to their diary. You were advised if you had not heard from them in 24 hours to contact us again. It has not yet been 24 hours.

GoogleI spent 5 years living a property in X1 The Gallery managed by HSI. Throughout my tenure the staff at HSI have been friendly and always happy to help.
Any maintenance issues I had during this time were delt with promptly and I found the staff were great at answering any queries I had regarding my tenancy agreements.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience living at the property and dealing with HSI - I would strongly recommend.

GoogleI have tried to enquire about a property for over 6 months now, this property has been actively on the market and i'm told repeatedly that someone will be in touch. I expressed on the phone when i actually get through to someone i'm a cash buyer and eager to view asap and they just want me off the phone. I honestly don't think they want to sell this persons property. Now when i ring they just button my call. This review is more for the people who are selling their property, i would honestly not choose this company.

GoogleHighly not recommend this agency been living in a flat 4 years and agency just was horrible when something been broke have been waiting months sometimes years like oven been broke i have to wait 2 years till they come to fix it … so i have a emergency situation and have to left the country i had give them 2 weeks notice because it was emergency i had no choise and they told me to pay rent for another month and rob my deposit they told me i left the flat dirty and they have to do some
Job on it but i spoke with the guy who just been moved in (i know him because I showed him a flat) and he said nothing been fixed or painted … so be aware of this agency guys all the best

Tomas, thank you for your review however after checking the maintenance file I can see that all reports of maintenance were dealt with when reported. With reference to you leaving the country, I am sorry you had an emergency and had to return to your home country but as per our conversation and our email exchange the tenancy agreement you signed states you must give 1 clear months notice in writing to vacate you did not do this which means you broke the terms of your contract. I have given you the contact details of the DPS should you with to appeal against the contract you have signed

GoogleGrossly inept and lazy. Many visits to this office to ask for repairs to be done or to sort out various other problems in the flat over a period of a couple of years yielded nothing. I once listed problems in the property to a girl at the front desk who took notes. When I glanced down at the notes she was taking it looked like the scribblings of a child. They are utterly useless as estate agents and do not care at all about tenants' problems. Garbage.
