GoogleShocking service! I deposited £730 in cash this afternoon of which there was about £200-300 Scottish notes. The lady used an accusatory tone asking where it had come from saying "we have to ask!" I told her just to save me a trip to my bank but I've since checked their policy....they don't have to ask at all! Up to £3000 per day can be deposited. I'm disgusted and going to take this further

GoogleI deposited £730 in denominations of around £200 Scottish notes and the rest English. The lady behind the counter was rude and accusatory saying "we have to ask, why are you depositing Scottish notes?" I have since looked at their policy and this is not true! I'm going to take this further.
