I have been renting from Belvoir for over a year now, from the start they have been incredible, swift and efficient in getting us into our apartment. They are very good with communication in regards to maintenance and inspections, any issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently. The staff are very honest and transparent which is a great benefit. I have just renewed for another year with Belvoir and hopefully will be with them for the foreseeable future

Nathan has been very helpful and attentive with regards following up an electrical issue with my bathroom lighting and a replacement of my CO alarm. The original contractor let us down but Nathan found a very fast alternative who attended the property within minutes of a phone call. Great service, thank you.

The company is very reliable and helpful in many ways. We have stayed in one of the rental properties in Liverpool City Centre and never had a problems. The stuff is very responsive to any question and it’s quite helpful that you don’t need to go via any bot chats to get an answer. Also, we were always notified beforehand about any inspections or viewings. And never had a problem if some dates didn’t work for us.

My experience with Belvoir thus far is one that I am happy with. Arranging the viewing was easy and I was promptly responded to. The viewing was conducted by Haris who is very friendly and helpful. I had difficulties finding a guarantor for my apartment (my fault, not Belvoir's) and when emailing Amy to sort this, she was very patient and understanding. She has a very approachable personality, is honest and down to earth whilst still retaining professionalism.
