I am a Building Contractor who builds and sells houses. I have been asked to write this review by the team at FRONT, but I am happy to do it. The buy off plan marketing banners are superb. FEA are letting our property whilst we're travelling in Europe and Australia. I couldn't ask for better service. They stay in touch when I want them to and deal with things on my behalf when I'm not available. I have never looked at an invoice for work and thought I could have got a better deal.

Their tenants have woken up at least 4 households in the area. I wrote quite a strong letter to them complaining about this on the 17 July, expecting a quick reply and an apology. As at 24 July (some 10 days later) I have heard nothing, no apology, no acknowledgement of receipt, nix nie.....disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Front took our student let in Colchester over from another estate agent and made sure that we were well looked after. They ensured consitent phone and email contact to make this transition as smooth as possible and were helpful and professional throughout the year that we were with them.
