I found Mr Leonard to be extremely rude when I had issues with the tennants ( more than 8 in a 3 bed house ) that he placed next door to me. He more or less told me they were my problem not his. Thankfully they departed as quick as they arrived after the police visited. NOT professional, NOT friendly, NOT someone I would ever recommend doing business with and NO customer service or duty of care. This is a real review but assume it will be deleted like my last one. No fake 5 stars. Edit... Where on this post has anyone mentioned nationality. My comment was about your handling of the terrible tennants you placed not the tennants themselves. You really should read the comments before responding. How do you know what my issue was when you blocked me from your social media. Try and paint it how you like I know what type of person you are and pity anyone that gets involved with you.

Thank you for your review although we certainly do not agree with its content. Thankfully, we at Leonard Estate Agents treat all our customers equally regardless of their nationality. Response to your further comments; Oh we know exactly what your issue was with them. Unfortunate in this day and age.

They are a very helpful agent which makes you feel valued with any enquiry that you make. I really liked the way in which they put in place a system to ensure you are able to visit a property at an agreed time. Things can go wrong and they have in place systems to stop that happening. In summary I had a very positive experience with them.

Extremely professional business, I think it's 3-4 years since they started managing my properties and we've had zero problems.

We have used Leonard Estate Agents for 3 - 4 years now. We have found them to be good, reliable and helpful in assisting us in finding a tenant. They complete full reference checks, which allows a good Tenant to be found. Incredibly helpfully and friendly service.
