GoogleThroughout our house sale, I predominently dealt with Nyah. Nyah was great! The communication from Kivells was exceptional. All of my information requests or queries were responded to promptly and they kept me up to date at every step of the way. Nyah was continually pushing our sale through and I think it's largely thanks to her that we were able to complete the process within 12 stress-free weeks!!

Coming from an estate agency background myself, I can confidently say they are the best team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Buying a property through Kivells was a smooth and stress-free experience. The process was clear and informative from start to finish, and their communication was second to none. A special thank you to Sam, who was incredibly responsive, emails were answered almost immediately, and we always felt kept in the loop. I would highly recommend them. GoogleI can’t recommend Kivells in Liskeard highly enough, Sam was absolutely brilliant especially when other agents had let me down. He was caring, kind, extremely professional and he really listened to what we wanted. He went above and beyond working outside of office hours and nothing was to much trouble, he kept us regularly updated and I can’t rate him highly enough. Don’t go anywhere else this guy is the best estate agent.

GoogleIt was either my property was not something they wish to sell or at 16.35 he was more concerned about getting home, but 3 minutes for an valuation, without a discussion or a rough idea on price he would market our property.or even what we are hoping to replace it with, what ever % they charge, I always thought trying to purchase from them was hard enough as the Liskeard branch take forever to respond, but as a seller! Well, what a disgrace to the company! I would try another agency. From selling a farm to a waterside property, they have been disappointing, but the manager of the Liskeard branch is a disgrace. Totally wasted my time and even questioned my relationship with my husband! All in 3 minutes!

GoogleI rang for some property details which were being prepared. I was told they would be emailed to me within 24 hours. I've heard nothing from them at all. Not impressed!
