GoogleRonnie manages a property above me. They've had a leak since August and despite dealing directly with Ronnie since 8th October, we are not yet sorted out. Now the 17th December and my tiles have fallen, my ceiling is bowing and a daily flood anytime they've a shower or bath. Cowboy springs to mind. Obviously no consideration for tennemts or neighbours
