GoogleI can’t speak to this company as a whole, I can only comment on my very brief interaction with them. I arranged a viewing at a property which went well, the estate agent was a nice person, all emails were cordial etc. It was only when it came to wanting to progress further that I was alerted to the fact that they charge a £30 application fee. A high court ruling in 2017 deemed this type of charge as unlawful, and they are the only estate agent I’ve encountered in the period since then that are still charging such a fee. It strikes me as being quite predatory, and I’m certain that a lot of desperate people are willing to waive their better judgement when it comes to paying this type of fee. There are any number of estate agents out there who are up to date with the law surrounding their practice, so my suggestion would be to look elsewhere if you are in the rental market.

GoogleTony and his team were very professional throughout the entire sale process. There was nothing that was too much trouble. Even when difficulties presented themselves Tony was able to navigate our way around them and remained positive and supportive at all times. Moving house is always a stressful period in someone's life. Having the ability to call on Tony's services made the process much more manageable and dare I say it, less stressful as well. I would have no problem recommending Shooter Estate Agency to anyone thinking of selling. Their knowledge of the local market is second to none. With an informal and approachable demeanour, the highly skilled team will work hard for you regardless of the property you are selling. If only all estate agents were like this!! GoogleUpdate: Was contacted shortly after this review, they were very apologetic about the delay, the emails were in the 'junk' folder and they were dealing with some staff off with covid, viewing arranged very quickly. Was interested in a shop unit on castlereagh road for a second shop, used the form on the website to request a viewing on tuesday 31st august, got no response, emailed them directly on friday 3rd september, got no response, phoned up on tuesday 7th, was told the agent handling it wasn't in but would be in contact to arrange a viewing, it is now friday 10th september, 10 days later and still no contact in reguards to viewing the property.
