Bad communication with stupid procedure. i didnt have problems with different agencies and i dont know why they making it so hard to make a deal with them. dont buy/rent with them!!!

I have recently bought a house from Reed Rains in Ossett. The solicitors, I and the Vendor employed were very slow. Dan in the Ossett branch went above and beyond his remit, liasing with the Vendor, obtaining documents to push the Sale through. I would no hesitation in buying from Dan and the Ossett branch again.

GoogleFirst class service as a rental agent. Tracey has went over and above her duty and helped me out on numerous occasions over the past 2 years. Being the first time in a managed property, she has been a god send in giving advice and dealing with the landlord or 3rd parties. Very professional and stress free service from the beginning, no complaints.
