GoogleI dont like to leave bad reviews on a company but on this occasion i have been left with no choice. I went a viewed a property and i had even put my application in before viewing, it was perfect for me and my kids, i got at email at 2,45pm on wed the 28th to inform me that the landlord was happy to proceed, i replied straight away to say i was over the moon and happy to accept. I sent the deposit today 2 days later to be informed they had give it to someone else as they had not heard from me, yet i had confirmed i would take the property, i sold my furniture because this property was furnished, and just for the record this property was not ready to be moved into until the 22nd of july so it was not like it needed to be rushed. Because of this company i have been left in a very sticky place. In the big window of 2 days from i accepted this property i never heard anything from them not one email or call to ask was i still taking this property but instead the greed for commission over took the professionalism. disgrace. In response to the reply below i did accept it my reply was thats great news do i move in the 22nd of july, you made no efforts what so ever to contact me you just give it to the next person. I did accept the property you where just not satisfied that i had not put the deposit in quick enough for you, and instead of contacting me you just handed to the next person. And yes i understand the demand for property trust me your not the one on the homeless list.

You made no effort to contact me at all, i had sent an email but it went into drafts instead of sending to inform you i would forward deposit on friday yes you never got this but you made no effort at all to see if i was still proceeding you just give it to the next person.

I am sorry you are disappointed. The facts are that we emailed you to offer the property. You replied to say you would look into it when you got home from work. We then did not hear from you to accept and you just paid your deposit 2 days later. So, you did not confirm you would be taking the property. Given the huge demand for rental properties, we had other applications and we had to move on when you had not confirmed. This is what actually happened

GoogleSince my lease expired on 31/5/2020, the owner informed me on Jan 2020 that her family plans to return to Northern Ireland from Europe this summer.
During the epidemic, I had to find rental properties and move house, which made me feel very hesitant.

Only Campbell &Co. Lisburn responded to me.
