Having recently bought my new home through Bill McCann Pauline & Simon were superb throughout, keeping the process smooth, regularly checking in, easy to reach & even after the sale went through when I asked for help with a small issue nothing was too much trouble.. They were first of all extremely professional/knowledgeable but just as importantly for me kind & courteous with every interaction. Whether buying or selling I would highly recommend their services , many thanks guys..👍🏻

Our experience with Bill McCann was 2nd to none. We were lucky enough to have been selling and buying with them! The entire process was seamless, with any snags that cropped up being dealt with straight away and all steps communicated to us quickly. They recommended our solicitor who was just fabulous and also our mortgage advisor who was brilliant. I can't speak highly enough of the team, they made the process easy and as stress free as is possible when moving house 😊 If we ever move again it will be with Bill McCann and I have been recommending them to everyone. Our thanks to Ross, Simon and the lovely Pauline, who dealt with our queries, helped with any bumps in the road and got us over the finish line with a few less grey hairs than I had imagined!! Amazing work, you made the experience such a positive one. We would have been lost without you.

Our entire experience with Bill McCann Estate Agents was faultless. From the very beginning, Simon and Pauline were a dream to deal with and they made us feel very at ease when buying our new house. We were so glad to have dealt with such a lovely Estate Agent as moving house can be very stressful. They were very reassuring and Simon kept in touch regularly. He then called to congratulate us personally when our purchase had completed. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

Simon and the team at the Lisburn office made the home buying process stress free (sounds unbelievable I know!) Any time we had a bump, Simon was on the phone and assured us it was already being handled. They were fixing problems before we even knew we had them but we were still so involved in the process and they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They’re incredibly proactive and no job is too big. Hopefully won’t be moving anytime soon, but if we were, I’d make sure we used Bill McCann as our Estate agents. Cannot recommend enough.

Had a very good experience dealing with Bill McCann Estate Agency. I found their communication to be excellent, particularly Simon and Pauline who I dealt with directly. The 3D virtual tour feature that they use is a brilliant tool for advertising your property. I would say they are a very professional & well run estate agency business.

The whole team at Bill McCann Estate Agency were perfect. We had a very difficult house to sell and through all the ups and downs they never stopped trying. We owe a lot to them with all the extra work they put in to help us get over the line. No complaints from the team when I badgered them with calls/emails about our sale. We were delighted we picked them and if we were buying/selling in the area again we would 100% be picking up the phone to Simon, Pauline & Ross <3 Thanks guys!

From day one of meeting Simon, who I bought my last house from and who helped me resell it, thanks Simon Also met a young man Ross Moffet, who acted as the photographer setting up the rooms and took lovely picture for the brochure. Both these men were extremely professional, polite & made the whole experience easy and stress free. Not forgetting the ladies in the office - I definitely highly recommend Bill McCann Estate Agent 100% and wish them continued success & Thank you Linda Fisher

Don't think about another estate agent. Honestly from valuation, arranging viewings, communication after viewings and when the sale was going through, the service was second to none. I mostly dealt with Pauline who became my personal counsellor at times. Such a genuine caring service. All the other staff were fantastic if you left a message you could be sure of a call back. If I ever move again or anyone I knew was I'd recommend this company everytime. Thanks again for your help 👍 CJohn.

I have always used the services of Bill Mc Cann Estate Agents for buying and selling our properties. Excellent service with a very personal touch. Bill is very professional in his approach, easy to communicate with and freely offers his advice on the best way to present your property for sale. On our recent property sale there was an emotional attachment which Bill and Victoria handled very dignified and caring. This sale was managed by Victoria who kept me immediately informed of even the smallest update in a very friendly and professional manner. Property was put on the market 9th Aug agreed on 24th Aug and completed 7th Oct 22 I would highly recommend Bill McCann & staff at all levels. Karen Martin

This estate agent was my first choice when I decided to sell. I approached them almost one year before my home went onto the market as I was waiting for the right home to move to. The highly professional and friendly team understood my needs and worked with me at a pace that suited my needs/circumstances. They were responsive, supportive and I felt that they had my best interests in mind. It ended up that they were managing my sale and by coincidence they were also managing the sale of the home that I was purchasing. They handled this scenario exceptionally well and helped create a great working relationship between all parties. My sale and purchase went smoothly. The team were also exceptional when it came to managing all viewings of the home I was selling and they put in the extra hours and patience when it came to me viewing the home for sale. Thanks to the team. I highly recommend this company.

I went to school with Bill McCann and his son Simon is just a chip of the old bock. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Right from the initial valuation to the completion of the sale, we received quick, accurate and reliable updates. When they say they will phone you back they do! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

From first contact with McCanns to our two viewings we encountered great service from professional and well informed people. Simon and Ross were friendly, attentive and knowledgable and provided good solid information about the property and the location. Thanks to Ross and Simon .. you were great representatives for McCanns and, while we didn’t proceed to an offer on this occasion, I would be confident to work with McCanns should the right property come along in the future.

We would not hesitate in recommending Bill McCann estate agency to anyone buying or selling a property, we found Simon (the agent we dealt with) to be excellent in keeping us up to date with the progress of our sale and went above and beyond in contacting solicitors and the purchaser in order to keep everything on track. We would definitely use this business again.
