GoogleGosia Chylinska acted as my solicitor in the sale of my flat and subsequent onward purchase. Gosia and her colleague Hannah Mckay were reliable, approachable and easy to communicate with. They made sure to keep me in the loop at every step of the process, and worked hard to make the sale and purchase as straightforward as possible. Any quries or requests I had were answered promptly and directly.

GoogleRobyn, Hannah and the team could not have made the sale of my flat any easier. They were absolutely fantastic during what could have been a very stressful time. They were quick and professional, always keeping me informed and making everything very easy to understand. They were also just lovely people to deal with. Could not recommend more highly.

GoogleThis is the 3rd time I have used Pacitti Jones services for buying a house. From Dougal Robson (who has helped me secure mortgage deals for 18 years) to the solicitors (including Hannah McKay) who helped with the purchase the property. This time also included the sale of my flat. Each and every time I have found them very professional and helpful. Anything I don't understand gets explained in full and they are patient and friendly. I was amazed when Hannah called around 11am to advise the full sale/purchase was completed and I could pick up the keys to my new place. I highly recommend Pacitti Jones and I will continue to use their services. Thanks team.

GoogleI chose Pacitti Jones to help me buy a house on recommendation from friends. Gosia, Hannah and Sarah-Jane undertook the conveyance, were professional and courteous throughout, and went the extra mile to help me complete on my new property. I got the house I wanted and a correction to the property title deeds was also approved - giving me greater peace of mind for the future. Great service, good value, much appreciated.

GoogleDue to my brother having very limited speech I was worried about all this. However he felt so relaxed with Robyn with her extreme patience and managed to sort out things that have bothered him. Not only stopping him from worrying but by knowing he managed to sort out some very important business. First class service
