Matt was professional and attentive from the minute we commissioned him. We wanted a personal service and we had that from start to finish. As well as selling our home in difficult conditions (our neighbours went on the market at the same time, and ours sold first!), he also gave us advice along the way about the house we were buying. All in all can't fault the experience with Lewis White.

The owner of this company, Matt is very nice and professional, but Tracy, who also works there is incredibly rude, unprofessional and she knows next to nothing about the properties she rents out. When I moved in, she told me to bring any post for previous tenants to their office, then when I did, she sent me an incredibly rude email about it! Again, Matt is lovely, but Tracy ruined the whole experience of renting through this company.

If you're thinking of going with Lewis White, then absolutely do it! Matt sold our property for us which was a very stressful, long-winded process (nothing to do with Matt). He was unbelievably responsive, was answering our questions at all hours, kept us up to date and we genuinely could not have asked anything more of him. We came across quite a lot of estate agents throughout our purchase and sale, I can hands down say that I would never want to use another estate agent again, Matt/Lewis White Estate Agents cannot be beaten. Thank you again Matt!!

Matt and his team were all brilliant; we were buying a house through them and they could not have been more helpful. The agents we were using to sell our property, in a different area, were very inefficient by comparison. Matt, and his team, were all happy to chase our seller's solicitor to expedite the process when our estate agent should have been doing so. After completion they contacted the seller immediately with a couple of simple questions we had and called us back promptly with an answer. If you are buying or selling in the area I would not hesitate to use them.

I have been left without a boiler for over a month in a rented property fully managed via these thugs. The property is a leasehold and the landlord doesn't really want to invest into fixing so many issues happening. They have retaliated with a no-fault eviction in hopes they can kick me out as opposed to dealing with the problems. They probably think they will rent it out to another unfortunate soul. Avoid this business if your a renter. Landlord's will be fine, they will happily be your henchman.

I have used Lewis White twice now, I simply cannot express how they separate themselves from the run of the mill estate agents. I can honestly say that I felt that the care, professionalism, communication and knowledge was second to none! I recieved feedback, support, advice and total respect for my sale. Which I might add has gone through without a hitch. Matt is extremely good at negotiations and got the very best out of our sale. Lindsay and Sarah were so hard working , nothing was too much trouble, and all with a smile and good humour. I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using them again. If you want to sell, or buy, with confidence and be treated with respect and integrity then you will not be disappointed.

Matt and Lyndsey are a brilliant team. Very professional and friendly. My quirky little house was sold expertly by them after less than 2 weeks and ironically it had been stuck for 20 weeks with another agent! I would highly recommend them as their service is personal, bespoke and unlike some of the other bigger chain agents - they "care!" Less is more, small is best, let Lewis White do the rest. A+++++

Fantastic service from Lindsay and Matt. We moved to Reigate recently and as everyone will agree, moving is a very stressful process for most. We had several problems getting the solicitors to communicate and if it wasn't for Lindsay and Matt we would've probably given up. Lindsay followed up the whole process, engaging on emails and checking on all sides, we can't be thankful enough. Highly recommended.
