Awful and discouraging customer service! Avoid! I was looking to purchase a property and got hung up on twice. The first time was when I wanted to arrange viewing, I was offered two viewing slots and when I said I need a second to check which I find more convenient I got told to call back when I make my mind up. The second time was after I placed an offer on the house, I didnt hear back for a couple days and only when I left a voice message I got a phone call stating that someone else has offered more. I said I want to increase my offer and as I was double checking with my wife how much to say I they hung up on me without saying a word.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
