GoogleI needed an ECP certificate, so I called the agency. The person who answered was very polite and informed me that they were currently very busy with no available slots for the following week. However, she assured me that she would call back if there was a cancellation. Three hours later, I received a call back, and they were able to come the next day to complete the process. David, who visited my house to issue the certificate, was well-mannered and carried out his work professionally and efficiently. I received the certificate in less than 24 hours.

GoogleStaff are very friendly without losing professionalism They make the whole process of buying/selling a house less stressful by keeping everyone up to date about what's happening. When a client phones the office there is always someone, who knows what's happening, who can speak to you. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house.

GoogleDon't bother if you don't have money or need help this company is most certainly not interested in full transparency or help.
Morning Kristie, We did everything that we possibly could to help so I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately the landlord needs a positive reference check from a third party referencing company to satisfy their insurance which couldn’t be obtained and as such we were unable to help on this occasion. We sincerely wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
