GoogleWe had an offer accepted on a property and immediately paid the booking deposit of 10k and arranged a survey. All the wheels were in motion with solicitor and money was in place. A week later the agent rang to say that they received a higher offer which the vendors had accepted. Not only that but the agent cancelled the surveyor without notifying us and then gave us a spiel that was not what the surveyor told me. The surveyor told my wife that the agent cancelled saying that someone was sick in the house, but the agent told me that he cancelled it because they didn't want to "upset" us. Disingenuous , unprofessional, untrustworthy, money grabbing cowboys. Avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

TrustpilotUnprofessional - never stick to commitment
I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.

GoogleEnsure the agent selling your house is not going on vacation. It seems like no other agents can show other agents houses when they are out of the office. We tried to get a showing last week. We were delayed until this Wed. However our appointment was cancelled on Tuesday. Looks like the seller lost at least an extra 10,000 Euro because nobody could show us the house last week. Also we were cash buyers.
