The photographer/videographer that he works with maximised the appeal of our property. Pat gave us a complimentary Daft ‘Advantage’ ad which definitely increases exposure to clients. Pat was always available to discuss progress. The signage used was very high quality. He phoned me once to apologise that he was running late by 10 minutes! The fee charged was very competitive. Dooley Group, specifically Chloe Gough looked after my property in Limerick for the past 5 years, while I have been living in Canada this included everything from vetting new tenants, managing repairs, organizing inspections and informing me of the current market value of the property. A few months ago I decided to sell and Chloe and her team looked after everything from getting me a solicitor who could manage a sale from abroad to dealing with furniture and getting gas and electricity readings when the sale was finalized. I wish I could give 10 stars on this review I cannot recommend Dooley Group and Chloe more. They took the stress out of managing and selling this property.
