GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Julie, I have been a client for several years, nothing is ever a problem and Julie is always friendly yet professional. After dealing with other agents in the area, JSWAP are head and shoulders above the rest for their customer service and efficiency! Any future business will certainly be going their way. GoogleRented apartment for last year, on inventory multiple things broken, told it was my responsibility to fix these, resolved only after much aggrevation. On move out was told that cleaning needed to be done despite having cleaned top to bottom, and video evidence of same. No ability to contact out of hours apart from periodically answered Facebook messages, including to active water leaking through ceiling and gas smells. Would not recommendNegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleI recently let a property out through JSWAP. The service was brilliant from the start, they explained every step and I was kept well informed. They checked all interested tenants from references to credit checks and put people forward that matched my criteria. I look forward to seeing how the management of the rental goes, thank you JSWAP!

GoogleI have been dealing with JSWAP now for two years in through being on the committee in our development. Dealing with both Julie & Jimmy, I can't say how professional, helpful, fair & impartial they are in dealing with all the queries that arise. They try to give us the best advise drawing on their experiences dealing with other sites & generally, there advice is always correct. Its important to have a good relationship with people you trust when they are advising on everything from legalities to how best to allocate money for the improvement of your development & that is what I have in Julie, Jimmy & JSWAP. Great company & great people in it. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleHave never dealt with a more hateful, unhelpful crowd. The manager is unbelievably bitchy, as twisted a cork screw, and doesn't half know how to hold a grudge. I'm in full time employment, 2 employers as references, yet they won't consider me as a tenant on any property, and they refuse to tell me why. I've heard plenty of bad stories about them in the past, but now I've experienced it first hand. Do yourself a favour and use somewhere more professional

GoogleI can confirm that JSWAP does a very good job! Staff are professional and approachable. Basically - they do what they are paid for and take pressure of the landlords. I am happy to recommend them.
