GoogleWorst experience with an estate agent ever. Completely insulted my partner when making a formal offer. Didn't even acknowledge our offers and give no correspondence or update about the property we were interested in. I'd avoid these jokers like the plague

Firstly, we aim to inform all interested parties of any offers on properties at the earliest opportunity. This approach ensures you can make informed decisions promptly. On the day of your viewing, several other parties were also interested, and a higher offer had already been made by a previous viewer. Regarding your concern about the lack of correspondence and updates, we informed you upon your viewing of the current offer in place and reached out to you on the next available working day to inquire about your interest in the property to gather feedback for the owners. While we understand you made an offer on the property, we informed you that offers needed to be above the existing offer to be considered. This was reiterated when you called again on Friday. Our goal is to provide clear and honest communication, and I regret if this has been perceived otherwise. Our agency, Daniel Henry Estate Agents, has been a trusted name in the North West for many years since 1967. We pride ourselves on our professional conduct and the positive relationships we maintain with our clients. We wouldn’t have sustained our business this long if we treated our clients poorly.
