FacebookOn behalf of parents: We recently sold a property through SW as part of a deceased's estate. An excellent experience dealing with helpful and friendly staff. Even though the sale took a long time, they were always positive and ready to come up with new ideas. I Would highly recommend SW when selling.

FacebookMy Grandson offered full asking price on an house today offered for sale by this company. after viewing today at 9 30am .He had a phone message from SW Estate Agent and was told his offer was accepted and the house was his. His Mortgage was in place. Then SW Estate Agent phoned out of hours this afternoon and said they had had a substantial higher offer and asked him to offer an higher price later in the day. Is this called gazumping? I call it bad practice. Disgusting!! He offered full asking price and had a mortgage offer in place. Why not put offers instead of the asking price? Misrepresentation and upset to decent people. So unnecessary. So disappointing treating buyers like this.�

GoogleI first used SW Property to sell my brothers BTL in Hipperholme at the end of last year. After the first sale fell through they sold it again in a weeks time. Now i have just completed on the sale of my residential in Rastrick yesterday. From the first appointment right until the very end, communication has been excellent and the sale was smooth which really helped to keep stress levels at Bay. FacebookWe had a woman named Janet who was dealing with us, she was very patient, understanding and couldn’t of helped us more than she did. Without her help we wouldn’t be in our new place right now.. 10 out of 10 as she really went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and got what we wanted. Once again, thank you Janet for all you did for us.

GoogleRecently bought a bungalow from someone who actually works at SW Property. The bungalow was left in a filthy state, with piles of rubbish left by the overflowing bins. I obviously contacted the estate agents who passed on my message to the vendor. I wanted the property to be either cleaned or for a team of cleaners to be paid to go in. She said someone would come in half an hour to clear the rubbish. No one ever arrived. The vendor said to go through a solicitor re the cleaning. My sister had a similar situation. The estate agents sent round a team of cleaners and billed the vendor. No such service from this company They had also refused to meet me at the property to show me how the burglar alarm worked etc. I would certainly not recommend this team. Very unprofessional in my view

I’ve bought a house now but if I was to ever rent again I’d be looking for a property through them for ease and I have confidence in them as an estate agent! Thank you guys for everything!

They went above and beyond the call of duty, chasing things up, keeping in touch and even got involved when there was an issue with one of the solicitors. It was a fixed price and despite all the additional work, they stuck to the original agreement. We cannot recommend them enough!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

GoogleRented -64 market st Would never deal with these thieves again .. i was treat so terribly by this agency and staff last year I havnt got over it ..they rented me a property not fit for purpose .. I froze for 6 months all winter without adequate means to heating the rooms.. I was provided with a small blow heater and small plug in radiator which just rocketed my bill I had to bathe at my mother's as it was ice cold the shower was broken .. and covered in mould.. I was constantly sick.. couldn't use the living room because of the leak in the ceiling and there was a rat problem as reported by the solicitor company in the property next door. I reported all my issues and nothing changed then when my contact was up after 6 months and wanted to leave they added charges so I couldn't have my bond back .. plus an extra one for my keys being back a week late due to my area we property manager going on holiday. Disgraceful letting agency

From the initial valuation, the house was pictured, floorplans created, For Sale sign up and on all the housing websites within 2 days and with an immediate viewing one day later.
