Awful service from this company. They took 7 weeks to get my share of the deposit feom the previous Tenant and I'm still waiting for the three months rent they took off the new Tenant upon occupation and it's been 8 weeks now. I can't express how much frustration and anger I have. Appalling service.

Good friends with someone at this company so do not be fooled by these good FAKE reviews made by staff at the branch. This branch is robbing hard working people. Don't be fooled. The staff treat the clients really bad - speakingabout them when they phone for repairs etc

The entire transaction was incredibly smooth, facilitated at every point by the excellent communication I received from the office staff. They were always helpful, pleasant and efficient. I have absolutely no regrets at using this Estate Agent.

Rented with Entwistle green in Maghull and thought they were very nice. Landlady removed our house from Entwistle and went to Urban Residentials.When our tenancy finished it was a nightmare getting deposit back from Entwistle. Took nearly two months at no fault of our own.
