Had a terrible experience buying a house through Norman F Brown. Was fed lots of lies, and made buying our first homes very difficult and stressful. After speaking with the original owners of the house, it’s seems as though none of our messages were getting passed on to them, which completely prolonged our buying process. Wouldn’t recommend!

I'm sorry that have felt the need to provide a one star review on your purchase which occurred 12 months ago and we do not agree with your allegation. As you know our client's forward chain involved the purchase of a new build property which experienced unforeseen delays and the information from both the builder and our client was always passed onto your partner and solicitors once received, and our client was always kept up to date with your situation. As a firm we pride ourself on our customer service and I'm sorry that you feel unhappy about your experience.
