Derek is the best property manager we ever had!

General Pedder services are ok but won’t say they excel. We have been using them for managed letting agent for several years now - fees are high and the property managers vary in quality. The sub -contractors coming in to do the work however are absolute joke, shabby work and often have been to called back for multiple fixes and they charge you each time

Pedder have been brilliant with the sale of my flat in Forest Hill over the last few months. I had initial contact with the Director Daniel who was very informative about the state of the property market and advised me on how best to market the property.From then onwards, I dealt with Ben, who was superb throughout the process. The actual sale was not always smooth due to some complications with the buyer's solicitor and the property management company. Phillippa at Pedder's in East Dulwich was great to work with. Arranging viewings and surveys were easy. Communication was always prompt and efficient. When we were having issues with our bank, she put us in touch with her broker who helped give us some tips on how to nudge the bank along. She kept in touch with us to make sure things were moving along, but not in a nagging way (we've dealt with that from other agents).
