She is very professional and takes personal ownership with matters as they arise. More importantly, she is excellent with my tenants and supportive to me providing pragmatic advice and cost effective solutions.

Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._

After some back and forth with my previous landlord, the property manager Jada Palmer entirely sorted the issue, she liaised with the landlord after the difficulty I was having. She was quick, efficient and had great all round service, can’t thank her enough for the attentiveness she showed to get this issue resolved.

Great service from Rob C and Dexters Lettings Management team. They have managed my property for 5 years and it’s very reassuring to know that everything is efficiently handled.
