I have been waiting over 2 weeks for Dexters Muswell Hill branch to process deductions and deposit return for one of the flats that I let through them. After 5 emails you would expect action but that is not the case, I have not even had confirmation that the tenant has been sent the deductions that I am seeking. Very very poor service and a worrying overall trend I have to say.

They called me multiple times in the middle of the day leaving message to call them back urgently and they only wanted to ask whether you are still searching or not. Once that I didn't call back within an hour, they sent an intimidating email that you are removed from the mailing list since you are not responding to our calls. Others could be busy during the day and they are many less intrusive way of asking such non urgent questions that calling!
