GoogleI rented a house in Blackheath between 2020 and 2023 which was managed by Comber and Co. They were responsive, respectful, and kind and everything was managed to perfection. Dawn, Debbie, William, and the rest of the team was almost always very helpful anytime I spoke to them and our home felt like a safe and comfortable place under their management. GoogleIt has been an amazing time renting a flat with Comber & Co. I rented a flat with them for 6 months and have moved out a few months ago. The staff are professional, efficient and extremely kind people. The flat that I rented was from the Victorian age and understandably had some small glitches. Staffs at Comber & Co (Dawn, Debby, Susan) were extremely helpful in fixing problems - they replaced the old fridge with a new one and helped me get comfortable settling in the flat. During my stay, they were always there when I had any problem. Towards my checking out, they were tremendously helpful in advising and helping me getting rid of my second-hand furniture, e.g. providing contacts for local charities. They went above and beyond as a renting agency, making the renting experience very enjoyable throughout. I cannot recommend Comber & Co enough.

GoogleIf you are landlord looking to rent your property or a tenant looking to move in, I cannot recommend Comber more highly. I have been with this company as a landlord for over ten years and would not dream of changing. Why?...well, apart from a great personal service from a well organised flexible team who go out of their way to accommodate my every need regarding my rental property fast and efficiently, they also have no renewal fee unlike many other companies I could mention. Their fees are the lowest I have found and with no hidden charges. I pay a one off fee when the tenants move in and that is it. Have a look round if you must, but you will not find better! Their fees are competitive and they don't charge renewal fees which for landlords is a great bonus. If you want to let in Blackheath Comber & Co. are the only choice - Great team, great service as it should be in a world of faceless corporates.

GoogleI have known the staff at Comber and Co since 2014 when after buying a house I also decided to let a flat. Since then I have always used Comber to look after my rental properties as in fact I have always found them more approachable and helpful and have been extremely satisfied with their service and general professionalism and philosophy. One of the tenants chosen by Dawn stayed 8 years in my Parkside flat and the shortest rental period I have ever had has been 4 years. They have always been courteous, helpful in all ways and even helped out in emergency situations without remuneration and also once agreement completed. Have been of good advice in buying, where to best buy around SE3, honest and impartial. Their service has made real estate experience a pleasure rather than as often happens a pain. I have little way of comparison, but would recommend the Staff at Comber to anyone who is buying or selling in this area as being truthful reliable of very good value and giving that extra that makes a big difference.

GoogleI’ve been renting using Comber & Co with my wife for 12 years. I’ve experienced lots of different estate agents(most of them big companies) in London and was always left dissatisfied. This small family business can show a thing or two to the “big boys”. Always friendly. Always available. I have never experienced service of this standard. Keep up the good job and you tenants happy!
