We had a really positive experience with Newberry Tully over the past year and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent. From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free, taking the time to answer our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with everything. Throughout our tenancy, communication was excellent. Any queries we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and they were always helpful in liaising between us and the landlord whenever needed. It was reassuring to know that if something came up, we could rely on them to respond promptly and resolve any issues. What really stood out was how approachable and supportive the team were. They were always warm, polite, and genuinely so pleasant to deal with, which made a big difference over the course of the year. Overall, we’re very grateful for how well they looked after us during our tenancy and would definitely recommend them to other tenants.

I felt that our property got lost when marketed by other agents, by limiting the number of properties they market , I feel this focus enabled Newberry Tully to target the property more effectively, to demonstrate a greater understanding of its appeal and this resulted in more viewings by genuine prospective purchasers and a prompt sale. We received a more personal service and excellent timely feedback from the team who also worked closely with our purchasers to help them navigate the challenges of the conveyancing process. We used Newberry Tully for our recent house sale. After getting some quotes we chose Newberry Tully based on Andrew's professionalism, friendliness and all round service. We also wanted to support a local business, and Newberry Tully are part of the local community - even financially supporting the local parkrun. From start to end, Andrew and the team were brilliant. Andrew and the team just sold our bungalow - really quickly. They are very friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Only offering a limited number of properties for sale at any one time means they can offer a personal and attentive approach. This makes such a difference. The virtual tour online viewing facility is really impressive, and something that would have been helpful when viewing the property we eventually bought 150 miles away. This is definitely the way forward for estate agency, in my opinion. As a full time property investor/landlord I deal with estate agents every single day. Some are good, some not so good but Newberry Tully are exceptional. Having dealt with Andrew on a previous purchase which went without any issue I felt confident to instruct them on our sale and they happened to be selling the property we wanted so it made sense. From start to finish I found the team extremely helpful, Sarah, Jeanne, Stephen and Andrew all helped in the process and did everything they could to ensure things went smoothly. However at points in the sale/purchase things don't always go smoothly and this is normally the time that companies let clients down, not the case with Andrew and Newberry Tully- Andrew's approach and creativity to getting this sale through took things to another level for me. We have purchased and sold a property through Newberry Tully Estate Agents Because we were so pleased with the service we experienced when we purchased a property in 2007 we decided to use Newberry Tully to sell our property 13 years later, despite being offered attractive rates by other agents in the Seaford area. We were not disappointed with this choice as Andrew Tully and his team provided us with a supportive and caring service during a national crisis due to the Covid 19 Virus. During our sale Andrew and his team always responded to any queries put to them by ourselves or other parties in the chain when other agents or professionals were either not contactable or did not respond or call back despite numerous emails or calls being made. Andrew demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of the legal process and was able to anticipate any issues that may arise enabling us to either avoid them or find solutions to them in a timely way. Andrew demonstrated a client centred approach and always made time to listen to any concerns raised no matter how trivial and was able to empathise with the anxieties and concerns of ourselves and other parties in the property chain. Absolutely fantastic service! I am so pleased we chose Andrew. He guided us every part of the way and smoothed out any problems for us. The entire office staff are all so caring and keep their word. If a call is promised it arrives punctually and you are never left in doubt. Living abroad with mum in a nursing home in Seaford we just couldn't attend to things ourselves . He has been so supportive and professional. The Covid restrictions whereby air corridors opened and promptly reclosed added extra stress to our situation, however we have been treated like "family" rather than clients and were always updated every step of the way.
