I have been asked to leave a 5 star review for Steve Evans by his manager. Steve has been the property manager for my flat for the last year or so. He is very personable and has addressed issues in a very helpful and timely manner. I would highly recommend him. Quite a change from the previous experience I had with Leaders. Sadly he is leaving this week. We shall see if the new person can do as well....

My experience of Leaders Lettings so far has been second to none. From the initial enquiry and viewing with Lauren through to doing the deal and working closely with Tom on all the paperwork, it's been a genuine pleasure. Tom is a terrific guy and was extremely helpful in accommodating my request to re-visit and measure up in the property last night - I told him I'd need 20 minutes and it was over an hour and out of hours, I'm very grateful and would highly recommend.

i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stanley and Partners as managing agents. The service they provide is is first class in every respect. They are extremely professional, efficient and effective with excellent local contractor relationships to cover all maintenance and repair issues. We have developed a good relationship with the staff who are all very friendly and clever at finding the right sort of tenants for each property. For many years we were with a big well known national land management company and the personal service we receive from Stanleys is not only superior but also much better value. I wish we had found them years ago!

After more than 30 year of a professional personal relationship as both a tenant and absentee landlord, I very sadly said farewell to a valued old friend " Stanley & Partners Letting Agents. My relationship with this caring efficient and most professional family business began with James Stanley Senior and happily moved on with James Stanley Junior. Under their leadership, they and their team not only managed my Lewes property, but took care of it, as if it was their own home. This was an extraordinary relationship, strengthened over many decades and built on trust and excellent service. When the final painful decision was made to sell, the team also went out of their way to support my efforts, even when it was not in their long term interest as a Letting Agent, to do so. Thus saving me much time and expense. I will greatly miss my regular visits to the office in Lewes and my regular communication with James and his team. From both the view point of tenant and landlord, I can happily state that the Stanley family and their team knows how to balance and take care of best interest. I will miss them all.

Stanley and Partners have been the Letting Agency got our property in Woodingdean. Despite the fàct that my wife and I live in Australia, the branch in Lewes have carefully maintained the property and have promptly dealt with any issues that have occurred. They have kept us fully informed throughout this time and living so far away was ne’er a disadvantage. Recently my wife and I finally decided to sell the property. Even though we had officially terminated our contract, the staff at the Lewes Branch went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected in helping us. I would thoroughly recommend this professional, friendly and courteous team .

I have recently moved into a property managed by Stanley & Partners and am very pleased by the service received. Elisha has been responsive and communicative and even when there was an issue with a parking permit it was dealt with quickly and caused me no inconvenience (I think it helps that she’s a decent human being which is rare in an estate agent!) so yes, if you’re looking for a hassle-free rental you could do a lot worse! (As I have done in the past with some agents who shall remain nameless) 👌🏻
