Rented with APM in Letchworth and they were very professional, always responding to email communications promptly, and resolving any issues with the property quickly and efficiently. Would definitely go with them again.

Very happy to recommend Abbott Property Management, who have handled the letting of our property for over nine years now. They have always found us very reliable tenants. Have handled any issues with the building quickly and efficiently. And have successfully guided us through our legal responsibilities as landlords.

Clair and Sally are amazing! After speaking to practically every estate agent in the North Herts area, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with them. They called back when they said they would (not one other agent in Letchworth or Hitchin ever called back despite their promises). They sent emails when they said they would (still waiting for the forms that some agents in Hitchin said they were going to send...weeks ago). They treated us as individuals and not just another number coming through the door. They were so lovely to speak to, helpful and they went out of their way to help us secure a property. Cannot speak highly enough of them! Forever grateful - thank you!
