We recently bought our new home through Fine & Country, and we were lucky enough to have Sara Poulton managing the sale. From start to finish, Sara was absolutely fantastic, friendly, reliable, and always well-informed. Having moved from rented accommodation, we really appreciated how smoothly she helped guide us through the process.
She went the extra mile throughout, always quick to respond to any questions and proactive in keeping everything on track. One of the standout things was how well she liaised between us and the seller to agree on exchange and completion dates that worked for everyone, something we truly appreciated.
If we ever decide to sell our home in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sara again. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe had a pre-market valuation carried out and although Fine & Country's fees were higher than most other Agents they stressed that they focused on customer service. We had explained that we would either sell or rent if the need arose and we asked for a rental assessment too. Unfortunately we never heard back so we rang the Agent to see about the rental value to enable us to decide which route to take if we were to go on the open market. The gentleman who carried out the sales valuation told me he would get the rental company to write to us with their thoughts on value. 2 weeks later....nothing! We rang and no-one answered so we left a voicemail 5 days ago still nothing! If this is an example of their so called superior customer service If we do decide to sell or rent it won't be through this company!

Hi Helen, we are sorry you had not heard back from us. Unfortunately we did inform you at the time that our valuer had very suddenly been made to stay at home due to having to self isolate and was not in work, which was why your request was delayed. Upon return we did get straight back in contact with you and relayed all the information including a rental valuation which you required at the time. We do wish you well for your future endeavors and are truly disappointed we could not reach the service levels on this occasion.
