GoogleBought a property through Arthur & Simpson. Due to relocating we were unable to travel up to view it beforehand so relied on Estate Agent and the sellers being honest. Property misrepresented, was not a well presented, much improved family home ready to move into. Was in fact neglected, and in need of total renovation. The sellers and the Estate Agent did not disclose any damp, despite it being obvious. No duty of care from David Arthur. Only interested in promoting and protecting himself.

GoogleIncredibly poor customer service - taking several weeks to respond to booking enquiry e-mails and then not responding to further queries at all. No one answers the phone over numerous attempts. A friend on a separate booking staying in accommodation organised by Arthur and Simpson had to chase them for check-in details the day before check-in.
