GoogleThe team at Leominster Cobb Amos was outstanding in handling our sale. They managed to find us two buyers, the second within just 10 days after our initial chain fell through. Throughout the process, they were instrumental in overcoming various challenges and blockages. Gari, in particular, was exceptional in driving both chains forward. We are very happy with their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication to getting the deal over the line.

GoogleCobb Amos in Leominster provided not only a really professional service in support of my elderly mother's house sale but more importantly an empathetic understanding of the emotional impact of selling my parent's house following my father's death. From the beginning, Helen especially clearly demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the area and how to market a unique property. All house visits were hosted by one of the team ensuring Covid safe procedures were followed whilst allowing prospect buyers to experience the property. The subsequent support to manage offers right through to completion were efficiently communicated and proactive in response. GoogleCobb Amos were recommended to us by friends and found us a buyer immediately offering the full asking price and chain free. When you read through the reviews here you will notice that Helen is lauded with praise repeatedly. Well, I can assure you that it's all true. From the very start we dealt with Helen whose support, dedication and professionalism knew absolutely no bounds, along with all the other members of the team - Jonathan and Becky. High praise indeed for an estate agent, but definitely well deserved. We received regular updates regarding the sale and any problems/queries were dealt with swiftly, allowing us a stress free transaction. The team's communication skills are exemplary. So, this is a massive public thank you to Cobb Amos. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

GoogleCobb Amos in Leominster (and especially Holly Chambers) were very good during the entire house buying process. They were easy to contact, they kept in touch, and liaised between our conveyancers and the sellers' conveyancers. They chased up things on our behalf and we got regular progress updates. The house move went smoothly as a result and as buyers we would definitely recommend this estate agents again.

Without her dedication to getting us sorted, I dread to think how long it might have taken. She has been a joy to work with (and I never thought I might say that about an Estate Agent!) whether over the phone or by email. I’d recommend them to anyone selling, and if you are hoping to buy one of their properties I’m confident you will get all the help and support you need to see it all through. Lovely people!

GoogleMy house sale was a long journey, but Helen from Cobb Amos was with me every step of the way. Throughout the whole process, I felt genuinely looked after and her communication was excellent. Everyone at Cobb Amos, but particularly Helen, was professional, supportive and always on hand. Helen dealt with all issues with good humour and gave me much needed support, at times when I felt that we were never going to get there. She was utterly delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend Cobb Amos and would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleFrom the moment I contacted Cobb Amos to the moment my mortgage was completed, Helen and Ashleigh were absolutely brilliant! They are both so kind and courteous and could not do enough for me. Helen met me at the apartment and she made me feel like I was important and she answered all my questions. When I completed the purchase, Helen and Ashleigh were as happy as I was, which was just fantastic. I would highly recommend purchasing a property through Cobb Amos - they make you feel like part of the family!

GoogleWe decided to use Cobb Amos after a bad experience with a local agent. From the very beginning they were brilliant, we were kept updated at all times and never made to feel a nuisance. Their customer service was excellent and surpassed all our expectations. Our property sold on first viewing, after following some sound advice given by the Agents at valuation, and the manager achieved in getting £20k more than the original listed price...very happy vendors 😁 The office dealt with all queries and liased with builders/surveyors/solicitors on our behalf, nothing seemed to much trouble for them. I’d like to thank the directors/owners specifically as both Stephen and Theresa were actively involved and gave us such excellent service and I can not thank you enough! Goes to show that you don’t need to use an agent ‘down the road’ to get the best results. Thank you to all staff involved for an easy painfree transaction!

YellExcellent contact and updates on sale
There were a few teething problems but once suitable photos and a website entry were achieved, I could not fault the service received once the purchase was agreed. It is so very important, as a seller, to be kept up to date with the progress. This was done via very pleasant staff within the Leominster branch.

We bought our recent bungalow through Cob Amos Leominster In December 2022. Absolute professionals throughout the whole process, keeping ourselves and the vendors up to date at every stage. Hopefully this is our forever home, but if we do needed their services again in the future I would not hesitate to give Holly or Helen a call. Five star service and I’m sure the vendors would rate the same. Thank you for making it a pain free process.

I purchased my first home with Cobb Amos during the UK lockdown. Mia and Helen assisted me and were fantastic at keeping me up to date at every stage of the purchase. Being in the middle of a pandemic meant there were many delays from searches, solicitors, the developer we purchased from, however Cobb Amos were never slow to answer any queries we had. They accommodated us in every way possible from the first viewing, putting in the offer, offer accepted, further viewings to measure up the house, all the way to exchange and completion. I would recommend Cobb Amos to anyone.
