We were so impressed with the service from Philip Jarvis, in particular Sam and Matt who handled our purchase. From the initial viewing, we were so impressed with Sam’s knowledge of the house and local area, in comparison to other agents that we viewed with, it was a breath of fresh air. We felt confidence in them from the get go and we weren’t let down throughout the process. It’s always stressful buying a house but Matt was fantastic, he kept us posted throughout and managed our expectations well. We couldn’t have wished for a smoother first house purchase. Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Suggestion not a rating: As someone looking at houses in the area, the photo quality on the adverts need to be improved - photos are generally blurry or washed out with a harsh flash making the photos look like they've been taken with a basic early 00s point and shoot camera. I wouldn't personally be happy if I was a seller, as the photos prevent properties from standing out compared to others (from a buyers perspective). Note to current/future sellers, not saying this is the case with PJ, however, higher quality photos should not be an additional extra to the fees charged.
