FacebookDespite receiving approval for a Mortgage in Principle twice, with evidence provided. Druce have re-advertise the property I was buying, costing me the searches and solicitors feed paid to date (buyers beware, I felt very uncomfortable with this practise and thus removed my offer). They have lost a guaranteed sale for their customer just because they think just over a couple of months to complete a mortgage application is too long (yes it's not quick but I think they are out of touch with current time frames). Unfortunately I do not have control over the banks processes. I am still shaking my head in disbelief... but hey, their loss is someone other estate agents gain .

Dear Mr Cole,
We are very sorry but somewhat surprised to hear you feel this way. What a shame that you felt it was necessary to post it on here almost 14 months after your tenancy ended. You could have contacted our agency to discuss any issues or concerns you had back in Jan 2021 where we would have been more than happy to have reviewed any concerns raised and addressed them accordingly. I think you'll find our agency and the owners were more than accommodating when you requested to terminate the tenancy agreement early when an issue was raised and you had to vacate the property all of a sudden, which is turn a few things at the property were left unsatisfactory which required putting back to its original condition as to when the tenancy started.
As I've stated above, a simple phone call a year ago could have been an option to discuss any issues which could have been addressed in a more appropriate manner.
