GooglePoor property management. We were told that the property will be professionally cleaned before we moved in. When we moved in we discovered that the boiler was not working, we were left with no hot water or heating in middle of September; the house has not been cleaned at all: inches of grease on the hob/oven, dead insects under radiators, filthy carpets, black mold in the cupboards and fridge freezer. What ever you do steer clear, if no other option at least make sure you fill in the checking inventory to the smallest detail.
