YellSimply excellent service, makes the other estate agents look like amateurs
I've always believed in the typical estate agent stereotype (untrustworthy, incompetent, difficult to deal with and will tell you anything they think you want to hear regardless of whether it is true); I can honestly say that the team at Hunters Leighton Buzzard are none of these things. My house sale was not the easiest, with the first sale falling through due to a problem further down the chain, however, it was dealt with very professionally with advice and feedback being given every step of the way. Another sale was agreed within a week, due in large part to the team's flexibility with viewings, having to accommodate my strange shift pattern. The sale actually came through from a buyer from their Tring office which impressed me because they had been marketing my house to much bigger area than I at first thought due to them owning two offices, and unlike the pettiness of most branches of estate agencies competing with each other, this one was able to see past that and just get my house sold efficiently. I could not be happier with the service provided and recommend them to everybody I know. A brilliant business run by a highly knowledgable team, I wish them all the best in the future.

I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

GoogleWe were extremely impressed by the knowledge displayed by the whole team, and equally impressed by their enthusiasm. Needless to say with such a team our house was soon sold. No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.
