GoogleAfter my pleas were ignored the winter we had thick snow and there was no heating in the apartment owned by Berridges, I contacted the council as a last ditch attempt. They came to do a property inspection and I was told to leave immediately because the property was so cold it wasn't safe to be there. This woman is a heartless crook.

GoogleWorst landlord ever, never bothered to answer the phone for any query or issue from the property... After you move to the property you have no rights you have to manage with everything by yourself even when it is literally raining inside, and after all this lovely story she is keeping you nearly half of the deposit for no reason as she did not bother to explain us why she did this. So stay away from this kind of person, avoid her!

GoogleDo not recommend, had an awful experience with bad mould at a property the agency themselves owned and things took months to sort out. We needed to leave early as health was taking an issue.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
